What is the Theme Club?
Theme Club – Joining Theme Club, you have a chance to own the whole theme collection of Magestore. Moreover, during the membership time, you will monthly obtain at least 3-4 new templates without any added fee.

With reasonable membership fee, you can download and use all of our current and future templates during your membership time. You are also provided PSD files, special fonts for your flexible customization. Moreover, you can enjoy our life-time support and update.

How can I upgrade Personal Membership to Developer Membership?
You can choose one of 2 options to upgrade Personal to Develop package: Purchase a completely new Developer Club and the discount is 20% off Or Spend an extra fee which is the price gap between Personal and Developer packages. You're able to exploit this new Membership for the remaining time. (For example: You used Personal Club for 3 months. When having your Club upgraded, you have 9 months to use this new package.)

What is the difference between Personal package and Developer Package?
Personal package requires a fee of $149/year and you can use our themes for maximum 3 domains. If your ecommerce store runs in over 3 domains, or you are a developer working with many projects, Developer package might be a better choice. This package allows you to get unlimited license domains with $299/year.

Can I share my username? Why is my account suspended?
One username and password must be used by the owner only. Any attempt to share the username and password will result in the automatic suspension of your account. Besides, if your download traffic logs exceed the total number of allowed downloads, your account will be suspended immediately.

Can I cancel my Membership?
We are afraid to say that once you join our Membership program, cancellation is not allowed.
