Please read the following document containing the Terms and Conditions carefully before using Magestore.com. By purchasing products from Magestore, we assume that you read and agree to our terms and conditions.
Copyright
Magestore is the copyright holder of all software sold on this site. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any products without Magestore’s permission, is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part of any other software or product or website.
License
When you buy a single theme or personal membership from Magestore, you can use our themes in up to 3 domains. By purchasing developer membership, you can use our themes in unlimited domains.
Product Update
Magestore does upgrades regularly to meet new requests from customers or make our themes work with later versions of Magento. Customers purchased a theme from Magestore will get the updated versions for Free by logging in our store and go to My account>My downloadable products. Follow our Blog or newsletter for the updated information.
Support
Magestore offers Lifetime support Free for all of our paid themes and services. Support includes answering questions related to our themes, bug/error fixing to make sure our themes work well in your site exactly like our demo. Support does not include customizing our theme to fit your own needs; customization request will require some fee (basically $20/hour). We also support for free themes, however you will have to purchase support package of $50 for lifetime. To ask for support or report bugs, please submit a ticket to our Support system. Please kindly understand that tickets that arrive at our weekend will be processed when we’re back to office on next Monday (GMT+7).
Refund
We offer 30-day money back guarantee for all of our themes. You can get a full refund if you are not fully satisfied with our theme during 30 days after your purchase. Please submit a ticket with your order information to our ticket system to request refund. You will receive refund within 7 days since your request is confirmed.
All refund requests after 30 days are not accepted. Please remember that we will not refund any fee you paid for installation and customization services. We do not offer refund policy for Membership fee either. Once you purchase a membership plan of Magestore, cancellation is not allowed and you will not receive refund for any reason.
Changes to this privacy policy
Please note that these Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. Magestore reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Regardless, we will post any Terms and Conditions changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
These Terms and Conditions go into effect on 15th May 2011.
